研究方向:         
新药研发和药理机制研究: 发现与炎症、肿瘤相关靶点蛋白的26个抑制剂,1个调节剂:基于天然产物和金属化合物的抗肿瘤抗炎分子靶点抑制剂,特别针对于研究蛋白-蛋白相互作用及基因转录,如BRD4、JAK2、STAT3、menin-MLL相互作用等的调节剂。

研究成果:
目前已发表SCI论文53篇,最高影响因子为40.182,其中第一作者(共同一作)16篇,通讯作者1篇,累计影响因子逾300,H-index=25 (Scopus),单篇最高他引次数逾150次,外文专著章节2篇,美国授权专利1项,美国临时专利1项。
